Real Outer Banks Wedding

Marina and Nathan were able to find a few of their vendors during the OBXWA Wedding Weekend & Expo and almost a year and a half later, they had their wedding at The Currituck Club in Corolla, North Carolina. They moved from an exquisite ceremony setup with scenic views of the sound at Hole #7 to a decked-out reception at the club house veranda. The hanging sweetheart table and chic-rustic touches made their wedding day all the more spectacular!

From the Couple

Please tell us why you chose the Outer Banks for your wedding.

One of the most important things we wanted for our wedding was to be surrounded by our friends and family who mean the world to us. The Outer Banks provided us with the opportunity to get all of our favorite people together for an entire week leading up to our wedding. This allowed us to rewind, relax, and soak it all in.

Overall, our experience with having our wedding down in the Outer Banks was a 10/10. From the OBXWA Wedding Show, to our big day, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. All of our vendors were amazing to work with and very accommodating. One of the things that we found the most helpful was that it seemed like everyone knew one another. This made it easy when it came to coordinating everything for the day of the wedding. We have nothing but great things to say about getting married down in the Outer Banks and recommend it to anyone who is entertaining the idea.
