When timeless romance meets thoughtful creativity, magic happens—and that’s exactly what unfolded at Kelsey and Bo’s wedding at the breathtaking Whalehead Club. With sweeping views, historic charm, and deeply personal touches, their celebration was nothing short of unforgettable.
Kelsey, who adores pink and block prints, infused the entire day with delicate femininity and style. Bridesmaids shimmered in an eclectic array of blush, peach, and floral gowns, each look unique yet harmonious. Their dresses, paired with soft, fresh bouquets, set the tone for a day filled with warmth, joy, and a touch of golden sunshine.
Kelsey and Bo paid meticulous attention to detail, especially at the reception. Inspired by the bride’s love of pattern and color, the couple selected exquisite block-printed linens that brought texture and charm to the tablescape. The design was elevated with gold flatware, vintage-inspired glassware in soft blush hues, and taper candles set in tall glass cylinders—creating a glowing, romantic ambiance as the sun began to set.
The florals throughout the event effortlessly tied the aesthetic together. Soft garden roses, ranunculus, and lisianthus in shades of peach, ivory, and blush perfectly complemented the bridesmaids’ gowns and table settings, creating a cohesive palette that was both classic and playful.
One of the most unique and meaningful elements of the day was a nod to Kelsey and Bo’s spontaneous engagement, which was sparked by a Tarot card reading. To honor that magical moment, the couple incorporated Tarot throughout the wedding in the most charming ways. Each reception table was named after a Tarot card, and a live Tarot reader was on hand during cocktail hour, adding a mystical and personal layer of entertainment for their guests.
Kelsey and Bo’s wedding was a true reflection of their love: classic at heart, but unafraid to embrace the whimsical and unexpected. Every detail felt intentional and heartfelt, making their Whalehead Club wedding not just a beautiful event, but a deeply personal celebration of who they are.
Here’s to love, spontaneity, and the magic of following your own path—just like the cards said.
